Tuff Lion may live in Hampton, Virginia, the guitarist/singer-songwriter is one of the most important musicians in the music scene of the US Virgin Islands. Lion plays guitar on numerous productions, produces in his Outpost Music Workshop and composes and sings his own songs. His debut album, 'Utterance (A Testament)' gives a good idea of Lion's abilities: slow heavy roots with the necessary depth. For the I Grade produced 'Ten Strings'Tuff Lion focussed completely on his guitar work and the album only contains instrumental versions (which, by the way, sound no less heavenly).
