Listening to 'Tocando Tierra', the second long player by Madrilenian singer-songwriter and poet Muerdo (the alter ego of Pascual Kantero) the solo work of Amparo Sanchez immediately sprang to mind. Not a coincidence, as it turns out, because the singer was responsible for the production of the album and also lent her voice for 'Ha Llovido'. About Muerdo Sanchez comments: "Muerdo's songs are pure poetry; he bears his soul, shares his feelings in all humility and puts a part of his own personality in each melody. 'Tocando Tierra' is an album pleasing both the heart and the ears.", and who are we to contradict her?
