Lovers rock amateurs can rejoice, as with the reissue of this 1994 Janet Lee Davis classic, Reggae Archive Records signs for the lovers rock re-release of the year! The label also added 10 bonus tracks to the original track list, making this deluxe edition of 'Missing You' a true collector's item. Lovers rock hits like 'Girl On The Side' (over the Smile riddim), 'Your Sweet Love' (Far East riddim) or 'We Can Work It Out' (a duet with Peter Hunnigale on the same riddim as Louisa Marks' '6 Sixth Street') are highly enjoyable, but the absolute smash on 'Missing You' is of course the eponymous title track 'Baby, I've Been Missing You', which on this edition can also be found in a remix version with Tippa Irie.
