Is this finally that great album by Jah Mason we were waiting for? In any case 'Princess Gone... The Saga Bed' seems to be well produced (a cooperation of Mason himself with Christopher Miller and Roland McDermot), contains just the right amount of potential hits ('Saga Bed', 'Stick Nor Stone') and well-known riddims ('My Princess Gone' on the Rollin riddim, 'Get Along' on the Tonight riddim) and catches the eye thanks to the beautiful pictures of photographer Roy Sweetland. Yours truly's confidence in Jah Mason has been restored.
