Brother Wildman, Sister Claire and Maga Lion, together known as Emeterians, are a vocal trio from the Spanish capital. The three friends first got together in 2004, and have already turned out several albums. These days Emeterians (the name of the band refers to Emeterio's, a rehearsal space the trio cherishes fond memories of) divide their time between Madrid and London, where they joined forces with Chris Peckings. That collaboration produced a true gem of an album on which Emetarians prove being able to tackle just about any genre: from the rocksteady of 'Come Back' over the solid roots of 'Spiritual Revolution' or 'Lead The Way' to the lovers rock of 'Come Back'. Add to that a series of delicious classic riddims like Soul Rebel ('Music Lover'), Fat Beef/How Did You Know ('Feeling Good'), Baby I Love You ('Journey What Matters') or Memories By The Score ('Come Back') and you end up with a blast of a record you can already count as one of our absolute favorites for 2016!
