'Rise Up' is without any doubt one of the best (if not the best) album that Anthony B has released in recent years! Both the riddims - classics of Black Uhuru/Sly & Robbie ('Nothing But The Highest' on the riddim of 'General Penitentiary', 'Enter The Kingdom Of Zion' over 'Darkness' and finally 'Give Thanks For Life' on 'Youth Of Eglington') and Eek-A-Mouse and the combinations are also right on the mark (check out the fantastic 'Enter The Kingdom Of Zion' with Horace Andy). Frenchie, who previously signed for Anthony B's 'Power Of Creation', 'Black Star' and 'Higher Meditation' albums, was once again in charge of production.
